   Hi and welcome to my woodburning website. Woodburning or “pyrography” has been a passion with me ever since I was a teenager and received my first woodburning kit. It was love at first site. With no skills and only a working knowledge of the tools, I embarked on a journey that has been creative and exciting over the years.

   I found that the best way to learn and gain inspiration was to find other pyrographers and look at their techniques and work. That is when I found Dino Muradian, a master pyrographer who has honed his skills to perfection. I looked deeply into his works and tried to emulate his techniques to create my own style. I joined many pyrography groups on Facebook and Flickr and this too has helped me learn with each woodburnt artwork I create and finish.

   The smell of burning wood as I work is quite intoxicationg and this I find true with many other pyrographers. My love for animals has led me to create many woodburnt animal portraits. As the days go on and my interest  increases, I will create more woodburnings and I will try other subjects.
